These kits usually come with some bleach solution and mouth trays that you fit to your mouth. You then add the solution to the trays and place them into your mouth and sit for a set amount of time. You typically need to do this for about fifteen minutes at a time and may want to do this when you will not be disturbed by other people. Another alternative is to go so some salons that offer laser treatments to whiten teeth. Although this might be cheaper than a dentist, please select your salon very carefully. You will want to make sure the salon has good references and their technician is licensed to use the lasers.
